Nothing kicks off summer like hot dogs, lemonade and fireworks. Celebrate 4th of July in Anacortes at the 4th of July Rock the Dock Fireworks. It’s a fun-filled Independence Day for the entire family.
The 2019 4th of July in Anacortes is kicking off with a town portrait at 10:00 a.m. at 5th Street and Commercial Avenue – you can’t get more hometown American than that! The portrait is followed by the Patriotic Extravaganza, with a fly over that will signify the start of the parade. The parade goes down Commercial Avenue from 3rd Street to 10th Street, and on 3rd Street from O Avenue to Commercial Avenue. Then, at 5:00 p.m., the whole family can have some good old fashioned fourth of July fun with the Rock the Dock community event. There will be music, games and fireworks at Seafarers’ Memorial Park.
