Easter Egg Hunts and Activities in Skagit County

Spring is here and that means the Easter Bunny will soon be making his yearly visits! Here in Skagit County, he makes lots of stops, with plenty of eggs left behind for your kids to hunt. And, if you are lucky, you just might spot him at an event for an Instagram-worthy photo op! Here are the 2020 Easter egg hunts and activities in Skagit County.

Bunny Photos

April 3-11
Cascade Mall

Visit the Easter Bunny at the Cascade Mall and get beautiful photos that you can cherish forever. Come during Hoppy Hour, Monday-Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and get a free plush toy for children under 12-years-old with photo purchase. Hours are Monday-Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. No personal photography permitted.

Eggtastic Egg Hunt Egg-stravaganza

April 4, 8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Children’s Museum of Skagit County
432 Fashion Way, Burlington

$5/member child, $6/non-member child, parents free

Head to the Children’s Museum of Skagit County for an egg-tastic time! They are going to have photos with the Easter Bunny and lots of fun activities, culminating in the egg hunt at 9:30 a.m. Light refreshments will be served. Pre-register at the museum or online.

2nd Annual Illuminated Easter Egg Hunt

April 4, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

$5/child, parents free

Relay for Life of Skagit County is having their 2nd Annual Illuminated Easter Egg Hunt! This fun evening fun is for kids of all ages. They will have snacks, games, activities, including a cake hop and raffles, and more. Look for the Easter Bunny too! DJ Christopher Campbell with Groovin’ Entertainment will provide music. Bring your flashlight, warm clothes and a basket. Please get your tickets early so they know how many eggs to hide.

Anacortes Egg Dash

April 10, 6:00 p.m.
Storvik Park
1110 32nd St, Anacortes

The City of Anacortes is putting on their 2020 Egg Dash at Storvik Park, rain or shine! They spread out thousands of plastic eggs filled with candy. There will be two groups, one for younger kids where they can hunt eggs. For the older kids, it’s a “dash” to grab eggs.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

April 10, 10:00 a.m.
Creekside Continuing Care Community
400 Gilkey Rd, Burlington

Creekside Continuing Care Community will be holding their annual Easter egg hunt again this year. Children under 10-years-old are invited to come hunt for eggs. Be sure to visit with the Easter Bunny too!

Ovenell’s Easter Egg Hunt

Burlington-Edison Kiwanis Club and the City of Burlington are putting on a free Easter egg hunt for kids 1- to 8-years-old. They will have three hunts broken into age groups.

Co-hosted by Trinity Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran Preschool, Mount Vernon First United Methodist Church, and Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church, this fun Easter egg hunt will include hunts broken into age groups and of course, a visit from the Easter Bunny!

Riverfront Park Easter Egg Hunt

The City of Sedro-Woolley and Wildcat Steelhead Club are putting on their Easter Egg Hunt at Riverfront Park on April 11 this year. Any child under 12-years-old can hunt eggs.

Causland Park Community Easter Egg Hunt

April 12, 1:00 p.m.
1116 8th Street, Anacortes

The Anacortes Lion Club is having their Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday. The hunts will be divided into four age groups: up to 2-years-old; 3- to 5-years-old; 6- to 8-years-old; and 9- to 12-years-old. Bring your own baskets and hunt for the brightly colored eggs filled with candy! The lions club does ask that you return the eggs once you’ve emptied out the prizes. There will be photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny and Leo, the Lion’s mascot.

Egg’straordinary Open Gym Egg Hunt

Egg’straordinary Open Gym Egg Hunt at Ground Zero Gymnastics is happening again this year. Details TBD. Check the Ground Zero Gymnastics website for up to date information.
