Katherine (Kate) Adler, DNP, FNP, RN, joined PeaceHealth in March 2022 as a nurse practitioner in the Family Medicine clinic in Burlington.
Adler is committed to providing compassionate care and offering emotional support to all her patients and their families. She is passionate about preventative healthcare and works to form partnerships with her patients as they strive to meet their health goals.
Adler received her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Seattle University in 2021, having completed the Advanced Practice Nursing Immersion Program to become an RN in 2018. She completed more than 200 hours of DNP clinical rotations at the Naval Health Clinic, Pediatrics Unit in Oak Harbor, Wash., in addition to more than 700 additional hours of DNP and APNI Clinical Rotations. Before pursing nursing, Kate completed her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from University of Washington where she was a Division I athlete competing in sprints and long jump as a member of the Track and Field Team.
She has worked as an acute care nurse at Island Hospital in Anacortes and a nurse at Virginia Mason Bailey-Boushay House in Seattle. Adler also has experience working in assisted living and memory care facilities.
