The Whidbey Island Small Business Association is having their trunk-or-treat event at the Oak Harbor Elks Lodge on October 29 once again. October 31: 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Head to downtown Mount Vernon for Trick-or-Treating on Halloween! The whole family is invited to dress up. Kids can trick-or-treat at participating businesses. Check the Mount Vernon Downtown Association Facebook page for further details.
