Clint and Laura Lucci opened Azusa Garden Centre in May 2022 in the same location the former Azusa Farm and Gardens once operated. Their mission is to provide customers with great plants at fair prices. You can find both indoor and outdoor plants in a wide variety at Azusa. This 25-acre farm was purchased by a group of Mount Vernon High School alumni in 2019. Since then, they have worked on preserving Skagit Acres for future visitors. The garden center has seasonal indoor and outdoor plants to purchase and the gift shop includes fun gifts and home décor. Take a break from shopping for a treat at the Café and be sure to check out their fun events.

For example, they have a Prop Swap Program, where you grow a propagation, bring it into Rooted In Peace in your own container, and leave with a new plant start! Owners Jess and Trina love sharing their knowledge with customers too.

The Old Thompsons Greenhouse

This family-run plant nursery in Sedro-Woolley is open seasonally March through September, but when they are open, they are a great place to visit! The Old Thompsons Greenhouse carries everything from trees and shrubs to veggie starts and flowers.
