Nothing says Fourth of July like the Loggerrodeo! It is the longest-running July 4th celebration in the state and has plenty to offer the whole family. Check out chainsaw carving competitions, the rodeo, a parade, food, vendors, live entertainment, activities for the kids and more! New for this year is a pie eating contest for kids, youth and older, and the return of the logging exhibition. The fireworks show takes place on the Fourth of July. Fabulous 4th of July

Head to Mount Vernon for the City’s firework show at Edgewater Park. There is lots of space for your family to find the perfect place to sit. Bring snacks and games to entertain yourselves while you wait for the show to start, as the 2023 event will not include music or food.  Lawn chairs, blankets and flashlights recommended. July 4th Hometown Celebration

This year the July 4th Hometown Celebration in La Conner will feature Grammy award-winner Randy Weeks, with The Enthusiasts, Chris Eger, and the Powerhouse Horns. Fireworks will start at 10 p.m. Follow the 4th of July in La Conner, WA Facebook page for updates!

4th of July Town Photo & Parade

Tuesday, July 4: 10:30 a.m. – 12 P.m.
Downtown Anacortes

Head to downtown Anacortes for the annual Fourth of July parade and participate in the great town photo! The photo will happen at 5th and Commercial Street at 10:30 a.m. The parade will start afterwards, and heads down Commercial from 4th to 10th streets at 11 a.m.

Rock the Dock

The annual Rock the Dock is happening once again on July Fourth in Anacortes. The 2023 concert will feature The Naughty Blokes and Sway. Be sure to stay for the amazing firework show following the concert!
